Hotel, room and staff very good and despite an initial mix up with room which was resolved within minutes, couldn’t fault anything. There was even a short period on last full day when water went off (not their fault) but they dealt with it very quickly supplying bottled water and giving residents information, etc. The water came back on fairly quickly and although initially “dirty” water it was soon sorted. Room was what I’d call mid size, but plenty of room, bed was very large and comfortable, TV, dresser area with full length mirrors, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer in bathroom with soap and lotion available. Fairly large wardrobe area with large safe. Breakfast was buffet style but plenty of choice available and everything fresh. You can also choose an omelette which is cooked freshly in front of you. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It is fairly central and a short walk to a main shopping centre and the famous astronomical clock in staromestske namesti (town square). Easy walking distance between Old and New Town and not that far from Lesser Town if you don’t mind walking. Trams, buses and metro close by but we preferred walking as you can see a lot more of the beautiful buildings and soak up the atmosphere. Don’t forget to take a good pair of comfortable shoes/boots though!

Stayed here for a short break hotel organised our taxis from and back to airport no problems . First impressions looked good and it was .quite convenient for what we wanted to do all staff very helpful and hotel kept very clean the breakfast very good with plenty of choice . Excellent cocktails made in the bar we ate in restaurant one night decent menu with good food we had early check out and there was a breakfast bag left for us to take away if we go back we would certainly stay here.

Excellent stay at the Grand Majestic Hotel. Smooth check-in, and lovely clean and comfortable rooms. There was plenty choice at the breakfast buffet. This was my first time in Prague, the location is excellent for getting to the main tourist attractions whilst still being a quiet hotel. It is also closed to the Palladium shopping centre for your shopping needs! Would recommend staying here again.

Nice and centrally situated hotel, fresh room and a large bathroom. Nice staff at the reception. We enjoyed the breakfast, there is a large selection of dishes to choose from. The downside of the breakfast was the staff hurrying to pick up the dishes at our table when you had barely eaten the last bite and put down your fork. This only makes it very stressful for the guest and you feel that you have to leave quickly.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Majestic and couldn't fault it. The hotel is situated in a quiet location close to the Palladium shopping centre with bars & restaurant's close by & a short stroll to the old town square. Smooth check in & out, rooms are spacious with tea & coffee making facilities, comfy bed & flat screen tv. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice for everyone. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there and the waiting staff came over with a bottle of fizz for her at breakfast, lovely touch! Highly recommended, keep up the good work, ian.
